About Rocket Preso Control
A web remote for presentation slides. Someone taps Next, Previous or Blank on a web page, and the presenter's Mac responds as if a key was pressed.
What it is
A small web page for the slide operator, a small menu-bar app on the presenter's Mac, and a relay in AWS between them. It drives PowerPoint and Keynote.
- The operator taps a button in their browser.
- The command goes over HTTPS to AWS, which checks the operator's link.
- AWS passes it down a secure WebSocket to the menu-bar app, which moves the slide.
Who it is for
All-team meetings, where one to three operators run the deck for a presenter. An operator can be in the room or somewhere else, on a phone or a locked-down work laptop. They only need a browser: no app, extension or VPN.
How operators get access
Operators do not sign up or sign in. An admin adds the operator's email address and a time window, then emails the link or copies it into chat.
The link opens straight to the controls. It works only inside its window, locks to the first browser that opens it, and the admin can revoke it at any time.

Sign in with the Google account on the admin list. There is no self sign-up; an existing admin adds you.
